The big picture
Springfield Lakes is 22km South West of Brisbane, just north of Ipswich off the Centenary Highway.
Since being established in 1999, Springfield Lakes has won many Australian and international awards for community planning excellence.
At 2,850-hectares and an estimated final population of 30,000 residents, it’s also Australia’s largest fully master-planned community. When complete Springfield Lakes will be a significant town in its own right.
There are still a wide range of land and home and land options available to homebuyers looking to be part of this growing community.
We’re proud to say that Springfield Lakes has won multiple property planning awards, including:
- Best master-planned community, Property Council of Australia (2010)
- Best master-planned community, Urban Development Institute of Australia (2007, 2010)
- Prix’d Excellence, International Real Estate Federation, 2010
